When we say we are different by choice and unique by tradition that applies to communications technology as well.  Parker, Smith & Feek has historically been an early adopter of emerging technologies.  While we are continually looking for tools that can help our clients, if we can’t find the right product – we build our own.

One of the challenges the insurance industry presents to clients and brokers alike is the need to exchange large amounts of information – much of it subject to frequent updates and changes.  Unable to find any off-of-the-shelf software that gave our clients access to their data and at the same time improved the ease of transactions, our own in-house IT staff responded by designing and building powerful tools of their own.  We now have a suite of proprietary programs that keep us in touch with each other, with our clients and our insurance company partners.
