Experience

As an Account Manager in our Commercial Department, Angela works with high profile and technically complex clients in all aspects of their insurance programs. Her client focus includes Contractor, Healthcare, University, Real Estate, Manufacturing, and Public Entity accounts. Angela’s areas of expertise included Professional Services, Environmental, Foreign Operations and Marine coverages. She is responsible for providing proactive strategies for coverage placement and solutions to continuing client insurance needs. Angela is also a Unit Supervisor, responsible for a staff of Commercial Account Administrators, and she collaborates with other Commercial Managers and Supervisors on internal quality control, procedures, and training.

Angela holds a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. She started her insurance career in 1991 and joined Parker, Smith & Feek, Inc. in 1999.
