Experience

Barbara brings a depth and breadth of claims experience rarely seen in the broker environment. She has been a Claims professional for thirty years and possesses an extensive background in all avenues of claims management. Barbara has specific claims handling experience in multiple lines: Property, General Liability, and Product Liability, and she is also adept at managing Workers’ Compensation claims programs. She is well-versed in multiple jurisdictions, having managed claims in California, New England, and the Mid-Atlantic region in addition to the Pacific Northwest. Barbara’s varied career has included claims technical and management functions, as well as experience in organizational development.

Barbara holds a Business degree from Washington State University. Prior to joining Parker Smith & Feek, Inc. in 1998, she was a Regional Claims Vice President.
