Barbara brings a depth and breadth of experience rarely seen in the broker environment. She has been a claim professional for 30 years. Her varied career has included claims technical and management functions, as well as in organizational development. Before joining Parker, Smith & Feek in 1998, she was a Regional Claims Vice President.

Barbara possesses an extensive background in all avenues of claims management. She has specific claims handling experience in multiple lines: property, general liability, product liability, and workers compensation. She is also versed on multiple jurisdictions, having managed claims in California, the New England states and the Mid-Atlantic region. She is also adept at managing worker compensation claim programs. Barbara holds a business degree from Washington State University.
