Experience

Carl is the senior member of Parker, Smith & Feek's Surety Division. In this capacity, he provides leadership, mentoring, and consultation for executive and staff members of the surety team. Carl is also an influential liaison with underwriters from various surety companies. His role is to augment the relationships with sureties that will support favorable outcomes for our clients. Carl joined Parker, Smith & Feek in 1986 and is now a Senior Vice President and Principal of the firm.

Carl works with many of our firm's largest construction contractors. He is an expert in working with the owners and financial officers of his contractor clients to maximize the surety credit available to them. Carl is active in the National Association of Surety Bond Producers and sits on their Board of Directors. He is also a member of Alaska Association of General Contractors. Carl is a graduate of the University of Washington.
