Experience

Cliff is an Account Executive in the Commercial Department and Head of our Technology Practice Group. He specializes in organizations with difficult, high hazard exposures and has significant experience in placement of insurance for multi-billion dollar companies with both domestic and international operations. He is an expert in development and implementation of innovative risk management and insurance solutions. Cliff has substantial experience in negotiation of complex contractual insurance requirements for a wide range of clients, including biofuel refineries and some of the largest regional financial institutions. He has published articles and been an invited speaker on a range of topics, including Media and IP Liability, Data Privacy, and the status of the Technology Industry.

Cliff began his career in financial institutions in 1996 and held senior level positions at GE, Applied Underwriters, and SAFECO before joining Parker Smith & Feek, Inc. in 2006. He attended the University of Washington and is an active volunteer with the United Way.
