Experience

As an Employee Benefits Account Executive in our Anchorage office, Colleen is responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of Employee Benefits programs. Her experience includes both active and retiree benefits, complex plans with multiple divisions or bargaining units, various funding mechanisms, preferred provider contracting, ancillary benefits, flexible benefit plans, wellness and disease management programs, compliance issues, and benefits administration. She is also experienced in Section 125 administration and benefits consulting.

Colleen began her career in Employee Benefits in 1996, and worked with Alaskan and national benefit firms before joining Parker Smith & Feek, Inc. in 2009. She is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, has been actively involved in Alaska legislative issues, and is experienced as an invited speaker on Benefit issues in both Alaska and the lower 48. Colleen received her B.A. from Rice University.
