Debbie is an Account Executive in our Commercial Department. Throughout Debbie's insurance career, she has worked with a broad range of Property and Casualty clients. For the past twelve years, she has worked almost exclusively with Healthcare clients, providing specialized insurance and risk management services. She has an extensive background in the development of complex programs, including alternative risk financing programs such as large self-insured retentions, captives, and risk retention groups. Debbie has been instrumental in helping clients assess and form captives and risk retention groups, including the development of policy language and placement of reinsurance.

Debbie joined Parker Smith & Feek, Inc. in 2005. She holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
