As our Health Management Consultant, Debi designs and implements Wellness and Health Awareness programs for our Employee Benefits clients who are committed to a healthier workforce, greater productivity, and increased employee satisfaction. With over twenty-five years experience in the health management industry, Debi’s areas of specialty include employee wellness program development and health promotion, wellness coaching, cardiac rehabilitation, utilization management, nurse line advocacy, and disease and maternity management programs. Debi works with a wide range of employers, including hospitals, manufacturers, nonprofits, insurance companies, contractors, food processers, and technology firms.

Debi joined Parker, Smith & Feek, Inc. in 2009. She is a Registered Nurse and holds the Certified Health and Wellness Coach professional designations. Debi is a graduate of Washington State University.
