Diane Skeels is an Account Executive in our Employee Benefits Department. Diane has over 29 years of experience, and was previously a Principal for a global human resource consulting firm. She has worked with high profile clients such as the University of Washington, Seattle Children's hospital, Swedish Health Services, Nordstrom and AT&T wireless. Her specialty is in the larger self funded marketplace where she can help with emerging trends, and financial budget strategies.

Dianes 20 year relationship working with the UW on its student, graduate and study abroad insurance programs has given her extensive experience in the student health marketplace. She has been a valuable resource at the bargaining table during negations between the UW and the UAW union. She also has facilitated joint labor & management committee meetings for other Puget Sound public and non-profit entities. Diane was the past President and Board Member for the Employee Benefit Planning Association (EBPA) of the Puget Sound and has been a guest lecturer at many local benefit organizations presenting an array of different benefit topics.
