Dwight Jarvis is an Account Executive in our Commercial Insurance Department working with clients headquartered in the Pacific Northwest. He consults with clients to develop effective property and liability insurance and risk management programs to respond to individual business objectives. He is a Vice President and Principal in the firm, and sits on the corporation's Board of Directors. Since joining Parker, Smith & Feek in 2002, Dwight has been working with some of our firm's most challenging accounts. He heads our Real Estate Practice Group and is an expert in structuring risk management programs for mixed-use, commercial, retail, industrial and residential exposures. He also specializes in complex "wrap-up" insurance.

Dwight is active in industry associations, including the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and BOMA. Dwight has an extensive sales, business development and operational management background in the technology and telecommunications industries. For more than ten years, he held management positions in leading high-tech companies. Dwight has been responsible for origination and negotiation of 15 & 20 year Right of Entry (ROE) Agreements for exclusive cable and telephony rights to high-density residential communities nationwide and more than 30 of the largest telecommunication companies; including MCI/WorldCom, Sprint, Qwest and AT&T. Dwight holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and graduated from the University of Washington with a finance major.
