Jim is an Account Executive in the Employee Benefits Department. He specializes in evaluating client needs and working on long term strategies to help employers attract and retain high performing workforces. Jim is active in the Technology, Food, and Financial Services Practice Groups, all forward looking industries that have to keep pace in an evershifting environment.

Jim began his insurance career in 1998 at Aetna and then moved to the insurance brokerage sector in 2001, joining Parker, Smith & Feek in 2008. He holds the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) professional designation. Jim graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in History.
