As Human Resources Manager, Jennifer partners with Parker Smith & Feek’s Managers and Principals in the recruitment, development, and retention of nearly two hundred employees. As a Human Resources Generalist, Jennifer is responsible for or participates in multiple aspects of our firm’s operations, including personnel training, employee relations, and administration of our benefits, compensation & safety programs.
Jennifer joined Parker Smith & Feek, Inc. in 2001 after nearly a decade of human resources and operations experience in the telecommunications manufacturing industry. She holds the Professional of Human Resources (PHR) designation. Jennifer is a graduate of West Virginia University, where she earned a B.A. in Political Science/Public Policy and a M.S. in Industrial/Labor Relations.
