Experience

Jennifer manages the Human Resources function of Parker, Smith and Feek. She joined Parker, Smith & Feek in 2001 after nearly a decade of human resources and operations experience in the telecommunications manufacturing industry. Jennifer's background is that of a true generalist having been involved in all aspects of human resources throughout her career.

Serving as the Manager of Human Resources at Parker, Smith and Feek, Jennifer's main focus is to partner with other Parker, Smith & Feek leaders in the recruitment, development and retention of our industries best and brightest. Jennifer was named as a Vice President of the firm in 2008. She received a Master of Sciences in Industrial/Labor Relations as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Public Policy from West Virginia University. Jennifer received the designation of Professional of Human Resources (PHR) in 1998.
