Joan works with many of our larger clients designing employee benefit plans that meet their needs. Joan has extensive experience in working with a variety of client industries, Healthcare Institutions to develop comprehensive employee benefit plans that are advantageous to both the institution employer and the employees. She has worked with a variety of client industries but specializes in health care regional medical facilities.

Joan has worked in the insurance industry since 1982 and has been with Parker, Smith & Feek since 1990. She holds the following professional designations; health Insurance Association of America (HIA), Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and is working towards a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS).
