As an Account Executive in our Life Department, John is our specialist in Business and Estate Planning, as well as Life Insurance. He collaborates with our Commercial clients and Account Service Teams to arrange business transition plans for owners or key stakeholders. John is our resource for implementing key-person life insurance, buy-sell funding alternatives, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, and business continuity plans. John also plays an important role in developing Estate Plans that enhance and maintain the financial security of our clients and their families. He is well versed on the implications of U.S. tax law as it impacts Estate Planning and the accumulation, conservation, and distribution of wealth. John also conducts Life Insurance audits that analyze a client’s existing Life Insurance policies for structure, payment methods, and true potential for meeting the policyholder's goals and objectives for all beneficiaries.
John has over twenty years of experience in Life insurance and Estate Planning, and has been with Parker Smith & Feek, Inc. since 2004. He began his career with Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, where he provided Estate and Business Planning Services to affluent markets. John is a graduate of Washington State University.
