Experience

Johnmichael is responsible for Parker, Smith & Feek's information technology, including our Internet services. He designs and manages the secured web sites we provide for our clients and assists our clients and account management teams in maintaining security, functionality and information traffic flow through these sites. He is the inventor of our BrokerageLINK suite of software products, most noticeably DigitaLINK, our web site for client information exchange and MarketLINK, a secure Web site for exchanging underwriting data with insurance companies. Johnmichael is our Chief Information Officer and a Principal of the firm.

Johnmichael has been designing Web sites since 1995 and started his own web design company. He is an expert on network security and has incorporated all of the safety features to maintain the confidentially of our clients' data. He is recognized nationally for his contributions to insurance brokerage information technology and he is active in the AMS National User Group where he is a frequent presenter. He chaired the U.S. national conference of Assurex Global Information Technology in 2004 and 2005. Prior to joining Parker, Smith & Feek in 1999, Johnmichael spent five years as Director of Information Systems for a regional healthcare facility located in Auburn, Washington. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon.
