Experience

Scott is an Account Executive in the Surety Department, Head of our Construction Practice Group, and a Principal and Director of the firm. As a Construction expert, Scott works with current and prospective clients on both Insurance and Surety matters. His area of specialty is Surety bonding.

Prior to joining Parker Smith & Feek, Inc. in 2004, Scott was a surety underwriter with SAFECO. He has over twenty years experience in the Insurance and Surety industry, and holds the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) professional designation. He is a former member of the Board of Trustees for the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Washington. Scott is also a member of the Construction Industry Advisory Council (CIAC), a formal collaboration between the University of Washington and the construction industry. Scott graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in both Business Administration and Germanics.
