Shannon manages Client Services for our Benefits Department. She works with our larger, more complex clients, assisting them in the areas of Employee Benefits strategy, plan design, vendor management, compliance and employee education. She has specific expertise in FMLA and integrated absence management, as well as wellness strategy and program design. Shannon's experience in Human Resources for a large local employer provides her with a unique perspective in working with our clients.
Before joining Parker Smith & Feek, Inc. in 1999, Shannon worked in Benefits Administration and Human Resources for nearly ten years. She has earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designations, and continues to pursue the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.
