As an Account Manager in our Anchorage office, Sherisa works with high profile, technically complex clients on all aspects of their insurance program, including proactive strategies for placement of coverage and solutions to meet their continuing insurance needs. Sherisa’s client focus includes Alaska Native Corporations, 8(a) Contractors, Healthcare and Construction accounts, all of which draw upon her extensive expertise in Professional Service, Environmental, Foreign Operation and Marine Risks. Sherisa is also responsible for internal quality control and coordination of training for support personnel in the Anchorage office, working closely with our Bellevue office to ensure seamless customer service standards throughout the organization.

Sherisa joined Parker Smith & Feek, Inc. in 2006. She holds the Customer Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) professional designations, as well as a Surplus Lines Broker license.
