Experience

As a Vice President and Carrier Relations Executive, Torri manages our relationships with regional, national, and international insurance markets.

Torri works with our account teams to develop competitive marketing strategies that meet the individual needs of our clients. She acts as primary point of contact with carriers, establishing and maintaining the strong relationships and open communication necessary for effective marketing and negotiation. In addition, Torri is responsible for agency appointment negotiations and brokerage service agreements.

Torri began her insurance career in 1990, and joined Parker, Smith & Feek in 1996. In addition to her background as an account executive specializing in healthcare, Torri has played a leadership role in our firm’s quality control, procedures, and training programs. She holds the Associate Risk Management (ARM) designation.

Torri has been a volunteer photographer since 2013 for Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep. She also sits on the Evergreen Health Monroe Foundation Board of Directors.
