Employee Benefits Broker RFP Template

With the increasing cost of employee benefits and ever-changing compliance requirements, your employee benefits consultant is a valuable member of your organization. Is your employee benefits consultant listening to your needs, identifying your challenges, proposing innovative cost saving ideas, and superbly executing your plan? Or is it time to consider a change?

We hope you will include Parker, Smith & Feek in your consultant assessment. We pride ourselves on building strong partnerships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and designing employee benefit programs that align with our clients’ goals and objectives. The best indicator of our outstanding relationships (and a statistic we are extremely proud of) is our 96% client retention rate.

There are a few routes available for doing a broker evaluation or Request for Proposal (RFP). The first step is identifying a short list of firms about which you want to learn more. You then need to decide if you want to do a formal written RFP or move straight to in-person broker capabilities presentations. With the latter, you can learn the same information about each firm without lengthy written RFP responses. Below is an RFP template that can assist you in the process, whether it be a written proposal or identifying questions for an interview process.
