The Parker, Smith & Feek Hospitality Practice Group provides assistance to a broad collection of businesses, from hotels and resorts, to restaurants, golf clubs, and convention centers. While they vary in size and location, they have several fundamental activities in common: they serve food (and often liquor); are open to the public; and occupy extensively developed properties both loaned and leased. From our perspective as risk managers, these basic activities are the exposure areas most like likely to produce accidents or property losses.
