Bellevue, Washington – January 29, 2009 – Parker, Smith & Feek is proud to announce that Diane Skeels has joined their employee benefits team as an Account Executive.
Diane has over 28 years of benefits experience in the Seattle area. Prior to joining Parker, Smith & Feek, Diane was employed for 15 years as a Principal in the Health & Benefits practice of a National benefits consulting firm.
Her expertise is working with large or mid-size self-funded employers and assists with employee benefit strategy including new and emerging trends and designing innovative benefit plans. Diane also provides assistance in budgeting and long term planning, implementing health management programs including health risk assessments, and health coaching.
Diane also has specific industry expertise in the student health marketplace, and for public and private employers who have collective bargaining contracts, and is a valuable resource at the bargaining table during negotiations.
Diane attended the University of Washington in the School of Nursing Program. She was the past President and Board Member for the Employee Benefit Planning Association (EBPA) of the Puget Sound as well as a member of the Seattle Chapter of the Western Pension & Benefits Association and World at Work.
