Risk Management Center

Parker, Smith & Feek’s Risk Management Center is a web-based package of services and software applications to effectively and proactively help our clients develop and manage safety and risk mitigation programs. The Risk Management Center is provided to our clients free of charge and is accessed through our corporate web site. A brief description of the individual modules in the Risk Management Center are described below.

Track
Incident Track is an easy way to document accidents, view and analyze trends and create all required reports. Enter the data once to generate Incident Reports, OSHA 300 logs and First Report of Injury. Turn data into graphs that let you identify areas of focus. Track all types of claims - from work related to general liability, property, fleet and more.

Incident Track also gives you a secure portal to report FROIs through an encrypted vault, ensuring HIPPA compliance.

MSDS Management An easy way to organize, manage and provide access to all of your Material Safety Data Sheets. OSHA’s Hazard Communication and “Right-to-Know” standards require a MSDS for each chemical being used and you now have the tool to help with compliance. MSDS can be managed by department, project, or location. This can be a solution to avoid the most common violation of OSHA codes.
Job Track With the help of Job Track you can quickly create position descriptions and build Job Hazard Analyses. Job Track also makes it simple to create and manage “return to work” programs that can dramatically reduce costs.

Job Track can help to create an effective “safety first” work environment.

Training Track Be sure all of your employees are working safely and within regulations. Our Training Track automates every aspect of the employee training process. From scheduling training, to documenting training sessions, Training Track provides automatic reminders of trainings coming due and even keeping records / running reports for compliance documentation.

COI Track

An automated way to help manage inbound certificates of insurance.

COI Track provides automated alerts when certificates are about to expire and provides full reporting of certificate deficiencies. The built-in e-mail templates make it easy to notify vendors of the need for new or valid certificates.

Risk Management Library The Risk Management Library includes thousands of “best practice” sample risk management materials including policies, procedures, training programs, training shorts, posters, quizzes and check lists that can be used to create a “safety first” work environment
HR & Benefits Essentials HR & Benefits Essentials is an online library that features 1000s of HR & Employee benefit related materials including forms, policies, checklists, and state law summaries for all 50 states.

HR & Benefits Essentials also provides links to the latest news and the Rates, Dates and Deadline section that features key dates for upcoming changes in legislation.
