Account Administrator/Account
Manager – (ERP) – Bellevue
Exercise independent judgment in handling
all aspects of client’s insurance matters. Provide prompt,
accurate and courteous service to our commercial insurance
customers as well as our insurance company representatives. This
position requires strong leadership abilities to include
active mentoring and training of other staff members in
technical matters such as products and markets. Develop,
analyze and implement a competitive insurance program providing
various alternatives for client consideration, working in
conjunction with the remainder of the Account Management
Team. Analyze client contracts for insurance purposes
with the Account Management Team and negotiate with underwriters
as needed, communicating findings to client. The ability
to demonstrate strong client relationship building skills
is essential as is the ability to take initiative, make
independent decisions using good judgment, and accept responsibility
for such decisions is essential. State of residency – Agent’s
and Broker’s License are required. Minimum 7
years of insurance experience required. 5-7 years
agency experience beneficial.
Account
Executive – Commercial Lines – Bellevue
(ERP)
Demonstrate
leadership and expertise in the design
and development of appropriate insurance/risk
management programs for clients. Produce
and retain business. Develop and maintain
strong relationships with clients,
prospects, underwriters, and other
PS&F teammates. Responsible
for development of services rendered
on assigned accounts. Retain current
clients. Annually design and execute
an individual business / sales plan.
Identify and understand client operations,
risk and client goals/objectives.
Clearly communicate those to underwriters
and team members. Help client make
more informed decisions with respect
to risk treatment options. Lead the
marketing effort. State of residency
Agent's and Broker's licenses and
appropriate non-resident licenses
as required.College degree or CPCU
preferred. These positions require
5-10 years of technical and revenue
generation experience in a consultative
environment. The MC unit is looking
for an individual who has been heavily
involved in construction industry
for a number of years.
Commercial
Associate Account Administrator – Bellevue
(ERP)
Provide processing support
for the Account Administrators, Senior
Account Administrators, and Account
Managers. Assume responsibility
for the proper and timely issuance
of all certificates and maintenance
of certificate files. Manage
database including policy information
and specification information. Order,
check, and process endorsements and
audits. Preparation of data
sheets for renewal marketing. Invoice
all documents. Order file folders
from Corporate Services. Prepare
loss recap display. Order Insurance
Books. Request premium finance
quotes from the Accounting Department. Adhere
to all Parker, Smith & Feek systems
and procedures, and insurance company
regulations. Special projects
as requested. Basic understanding
of insurance, strong written
and verbal communication skills, computer
literacy and demonstrated ability
as well as math aptitude ability to
use the calculator is required. State
of residency Agent's license will
be required, Broker’s license
preferred. High school diploma
or equivalent necessary. Minimum
three years insurance experience required.
