Friends of the Children – Portland has 45 Friends guiding, supporting, and mentoring over 400 children. They provide the most vulnerable children a nurturing and sustained relationship with a professional mentor who teaches positive values and sets attainable expectations for each child to become a healthy, productive member of the community.

On October 28th, volunteers from across the country united for Make A Difference Day, one of the largest annual single-days of service nationwide. To celebrate and give back, the Parker, Smith & Feek employees volunteered at Food Lifeline to help pack and sort food items for distribution.
