For fully insured plans, the Washington Office of the Insurance Commissioner extends Emergency Order 20-01 to July 3 for waived deductibles and covered COVID-19 testing. Insurers must also continue allowing a one-time early refill for prescriptions and suspend prior authorization requirements for treatment of COVID-19.
