Experience

Ann is a Client Executive in our Commercial Department. She works with our account teams to design, market, and implement insurance programs that are tailored to the individual needs of some of our largest and most technically complex clients. Ann also manages all administrative aspects of the insurance program and will work directly with the clients’risk managers and senior level management on account marketing plans and ongoing insurance matters throughout the year.

Her expertise includes strong negotiation skills that result in breadth of coverage and competitive pricing. Ann oversees the review of each policy for accuracy and facilitates any required revisions from the underwriter. She is adept in contract review and consults with her clients on the implications of risk and insurance concerns associated with their contractual agreements.

Ann’s experience includes a diverse range of clients that require complex insurance program structures. She began to specialize in construction industry clients beginning in 2000. Her other areas of expertise include the professional/management liability and real estate industries. Ann’s clients include large conglomerate newspaper publishers, private hydroelectric power facilities, building materials dealers, real estate developers, large general contractors specializing in both apartment construction and public works, various specialty and trade contractors, and finally general contractors and trade contractors whose primary focus is civil projects, including treatment facilities, dams, and/or various energy production facilities.

Ann began her insurance career in 1991 in an administrative role, and has since then worked on all sides of the industry, including brokerages, wholesalers, and insurance carriers, which has built a broad range of experience and knowledge. She holds the Associate in Risk Management designation.
