Principal, Vice President, Account Executive

As a Principal, Vice President, and Account Executive in our Employee Benefits Department, Brandon is responsible for overall account services. He will lead the team providing design, implementation, and administration of the employee benefits program, as well as oversee strategic planning.

Brandon has worked in employee benefits for more than 15 years. He specializes in employing tailored benefit strategies and problem-solving for clients located in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. Brandon has been servicing Alaska clients for his entire tenure with Parker, Smith & Feek, and currently works with Alaskan employers doing business in the fishing, construction, and professional services industries. That time spent in the Alaska market has made him a unique and valuable resource to our clients all over the country, as well as a resource in our firm. His expertise includes creativity with consumer-driven health plans, benefits education, technology, and client advocacy. Brandon has extensive experience helping countless clients navigate the complexity of the Affordable Care Act and the implications for their benefits programs, particularly those with fluctuating workforces.

Brandon joined Parker, Smith & Feek in 2008. He began his employee benefits career in 2003 with Navia Benefit Solutions (formerly Flex-Plan Services), a national TPA, where he was responsible for large key accounts as well as program management. Brandon is an active member of the Parker, Smith & Feek construction, technology, hospitality, and real estate practice groups. Brandon is a member of the Employee Benefits Planning Association, Washington Association of Health Underwriters, Western Pension & Benefits Council, and the Pacific Northwest Insurance Council. He serves as the firm’s representative of the Assurex Global Employee Benefits Technology Solutions Group. Brandon also serves as Vice President of the Board for Summit Assistance Dogs, a local non-profit organization.
