Experience

As a Vice President, Benefits Elite Manager, and Account Executive in our Employee Benefits Department, Brandon is responsible for leading the strategic planning, gathering resources, and coordinating overall account services for our benefits elite team. He also provides the design, implementation, and administration of his clients’ employee benefits programs.

Brandon has worked in employee benefits for more than 17 years. He specializes in employing tailored benefit strategies and problem solving for clients located in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. He is an expert in benefits technology resources, including benefits administration platforms. Additionally, Brandon specializes in consulting with mid to small businesses on a variety of subjects, including consumer-driven health plans, benefits education, technology, and client advocacy. Brandon has extensive experience helping countless clients navigate the complexity of the Affordable Care Act and the implications for their benefits programs, particularly those with fluctuating workforces.

Brandon joined Parker, Smith & Feek in 2008. He began his employee benefits career in 2003 with Navia Benefit Solutions (formerly Flex-Plan Services), a national TPA, where he was responsible for large key accounts as well as program management. Brandon is an active member of the Parker, Smith & Feek construction, technology, healthcare, and real estate practice groups.

Brandon is a member of the Employee Benefits Planning Association, Washington Association of Health Underwriters, Western Pension & Benefits Council, and the Pacific Northwest Insurance Council. He serves as the firm’s representative of the Assurex Global Employee Benefits Technology Solutions Group. Brandon also volunteers with Summit Assistance Dogs, a local non-profit organization, and serves on the board for his local little league.
