Experience

Chad is a Senior Vice President and Director of Finance at Parker, Smith & Feek. He has the responsibility of managing the finance and accounting functions for the company, as well as working with our President on strategic financial matters.

Prior to Parker, Smith & Feek, Chad spent 13 years as vice president of finance and chief financial officer for Tarbell Financial Corp. and subsidiary companies in Orange County, California. Tarbell was a privately held group of real estate-related companies. While there, he managed the accounting and finance functions of the company, focused on leveraging technology to increase efficiencies, streamline treasury operations, and reduce corporate overhead, helping to make the company leaner and more competitive.

In the mid 1990’s, Chad began his financial career with the accounting firm of Ernst and Young as a business valuation analyst, and later at Arthur Andersen Worldwide LLP as a specialist in the taxation of real estate, mortgage, and banking companies.

Chad holds a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Southern California, and is a CPA. He is also actively involved with the Bellevue College Foundation, Seattle University, and Financial Executives International.
