Chisa B. Blair, MBA, is an elite account executive with the Real Estate Practice Group. Chisa has experience in various industries, including engineering, manufacturing, construction, and real estate. Prior to joining Parker, Smith & Feek, Chisa managed a unique portfolio of venture capital-funded clients in the startup and technology industry at one of the largest Insurtech brokerages in the nation.

Holding an MBA with a concentration in adaptive leadership from Whitworth University, Chisa is a strategic thinker and problem solver with a proven record of success in building and maintaining relationships with clients. With over ten years of industry knowledge, Chisa has a deep understanding of the insurance market. She has a keen ability to identify and assess risk and develop tailored insurance solutions that meet each client’s unique needs.

Chisa started her insurance career in 2012 as a contracts and risk specialist for a major electrical engineering firm, working closely with qualified brokers to mitigate organizational risk from the client’s perspective as well. With her diversified industry exposure, Chisa can seamlessly navigate the constantly changing insurance landscape. She is an organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage a large portfolio of clients. Chisa is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Her ability to think on her feet and adapt to new challenges makes her an asset to Parker, Smith & Feek.

In addition to her dedicated commitment to her clients at Parker, Smith & Feek, Chisa recognizes the importance of being present in her family and community. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Nonprofit Association of Washington, the Washington African American Chamber of Commerce, and the Seattle King County NAACP Economic Development Committee. Chisa is also a fellow at the Whitworth Institute of Leadership.
