Disa is an Account Executive in our Employee Benefits Department providing consulting services and benefit plan designs for small to mid-sized employers in a variety of industries. She specializes in employee engagement to promote a productive and healthy workforce, helping businesses achieve and exceed growth targets.
Disa focuses on working with employers that are growing locally, expanding innovation in the workplace with an emphasis on employee-centric growth and productivity as a means to propel their business forward; and employers that are ethically sound, socially aware, and dedicated to sustainable growth in their communities.
Disa started her career with Premera Blue Cross in 2008 as a member of the client services team. She was later promoted to broker liaison, and became a member of the Premera employees’ client services team. In 2009, Disa accepted a position with a brokerage firm as a benefit and claims advocate focusing on ensuring clients received accurate and timely support from carrier partners. Disa was quickly promoted to a position with the sales team supporting and developing communications and driving implementation. She joined Parker, Smith & Feek in 2018.
