Senior Vice President, Account Executive

Experience

Jeff is a Senior Vice President and Account Executive in our Commercial Department, and leads our Private Equity Practice Group. He is charged with providing advice and counsel on risk management strategy for large, complex businesses and designing insurance programs that meet the unique requirements of these companies. Jeff directs our account teams in risk analysis, exposure reviews, and account marketing strategies. He also assists his clients in weighing the merits of alternative risk funding mechanisms.

Jeff has a special interest and expertise in insurance services for mergers and acquisitions, private equity investors, venture capitalists, and similar capital managers. He assists our clients with transactional risk products, due diligence reviews, portfolio programs, and insurance protection for outside directors, portfolio managers, board members, and individual investors.

Jeff began his career in 1992 as a loss control consultant for Factory Mutual Engineering and then joined the property loss control department of Marsh. As his career developed, Jeff became more involved in designing risk management programs for clients with broad property exposures and was ultimately promoted to regional managing director in charge of the private equity relationships for the entire Northwest. He has been with Parker, Smith & Feek since 2007 and received a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan.

Jeff is a member of the Association of Corporate Growth. He is actively involved in youth sports in Snoqualmie Valley, serving as a coach for several teams and volunteer for youth basketball and little league fundraising events. Jeff holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) professional designation.
