Experience

Joe is an account executive in our Commercial Department based out of Parker, Smith & Feek’s Portland, Oregon office. As an account executive, Joe creates trustworthy partnerships that allow businesses to focus on their day-to-day operations and feel confident that all potential exposures are accounted for. He strongly believes there is no “one size fits all” insurance program and thrives in developing custom solutions for his clients.

Joe works with clients in various industries, including hospitality, manufacturing, construction, and education. With a thorough understanding of each client’s unique exposures, he helps develop the right risk management program to meet the client’s specific needs and exceed overall expectations.

Soon after earning a bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University, Joe returned to his hometown of Portland to work in all facets of his family’s distribution business. After spending roughly 12 years in the family business, Joe decided to use the sales, marketing, and management skills that he had obtained to become a Commercial Department account executive in the insurance industry.
