Kramer is an Account Executive in our benefits department. Working five years for two major insurance carriers in Washington State, Kramer developed a deep understanding for the technical side of health insurance – underwriting, alternative funding, and compliance. Combining that knowledge with his time at Parker, Smith & Feek, listening to and advising clients, Kramer is a strong advocate for his clients and their people. He brings great qualities to our team, with high levels of service and dedication to clients.
Kramer grew up locally in the Seattle area and attended the University of Washington. After graduation, he started his career in health insurance at CIGNA as a sales representative. After one year of selling insurance to groups of all sizes at Cigna, he made a job change. Staying in the same industry, Kramer went to Regence BlueShield to work as a business development executive (sales rep) and sold new business to various clients for four years. Outside the office, he enjoys basketball, football, hiking, movies, and social events.
