Melanie is an Account Executive in our Commercial Department, focusing on the real estate industry. As an account executive, she leverages long-standing relationships to match the risk management needs of her clients with Parker, Smith & Feek resources.

Melanie’s background includes personal and commercial lines insurance. She provides her clients with a trustworthy and personalized experience by creating programs that support and protect their financial goals and objectives. She has managed small to mid-sized commercial accounts and maintained relationships through her communication, management, and consultative approach. Melanie’s expertise includes builder’s risk, real estate, and construction industries.

Melanie grew up in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, where most of her family still resides. She attended the University of Oregon and Oregon State University, where her top passions were communications, nutrition, and dance. Pursuing her immense passion for dance, Melanie auditioned to become a member of the Seattle Seahawks Cheerleaders in 2007.

Her drive, talent, and love of sports and the NFL led her to complete seven years of professional cheerleading. During this time, she also traveled the world performing overseas for our US military, in back-to-back Super Bowls, and was selected as a Pro Bowl Cheerleader in 2008 for the Seattle Seahawks. When it was time to hang up the poms, she entered the insurance industry, where her constant energy, drive for success, and love of a challenge led her to hit the ground running in 2017.

Melanie is a proud member of the Seahawks Women’s Association (SWA), whose mission is to positively impact our community, focusing on the healthy development and support of women and children. SWA plans and facilitates various events and opportunities to support local non-profits, programs, and individuals in need.
