Morgan Matz is an Account Executive in our Employee Benefits Department helping clients strategize, build, and execute their employee benefits programs. Morgan prides herself in assessing the needs of her clients and leveraging innovative ideas and data-driven solutions to help design robust and effective benefit plans. She believes employee education and health promotion along with incorporating an employer’s culture and mission are key factors when developing a long-term benefits strategy with her clients.

Morgan started her career in employee benefits consulting in 2012 with a national brokerage firm where she was responsible for managing key, multi-state accounts that had variable hour, seasonal, and complex workforces. Morgan has a high level of proficiency in ACA and ERISA compliance, strong expertise in unbundled, self-insured health plan arrangements, and is passionate about employee education and engagement. She works with large size employer groups across many industries, with a focus on non-profit, agriculture, manufacturing, and Tribal employers. She joined Parker, Smith & Feek in early 2020.

Morgan is a Seattle, Washington native and attended the University of Washington earning a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and physiology.
