Account Executive

Experience

As an Account Executive in our Employee Benefits Department, Nick focuses on tailoring the perfect suit of armor for a company’s biggest asset – its people.

Nick started his insurance career in 2018 at a boutique brokerage in Seattle after finishing a decorated 16-year career playing rugby at the collegiate, professional, and national levels. In that time, he was capped 15 times with the USA Eagles, and helped deliver the first, successful professional league in USA Rugby history, resulting in winning the first national championship with the Denver Stampede located in Glendale, CO. Nick visited five of the world’s seven continents during this time, which shaped the way he works with diverse cultures.

Early in his insurance career, Nick focused on the voluntary/ancillary field of health insurance. He educated employees on how life insurance, hospital indemnity, critical illness, accident, and cancer coverages can make a drastic difference when it comes to paying an unexpected medical bill.

Since then, Nick has used his expertise to help employers understand and build holistic benefits packages that ease the pain points of recruiting and retaining the top talent in their pool. He leaves his partners with the knowledge of how to leverage these tools to obtain the best ROI for their business and the ones they love and support.

Nick joined Parker, Smith & Feek in April of 2022 and currently lives in Richmond Beach with his fiancé, Lacey. He graduated from Saint Mary’s College (SMC) of California with a B.S. in business administration and a minor in communication. Nick was the rugby club president, 4x All-American selection, and helped initiate the Rugby Alumni Mentoring program that pairs seniors with SMC rugby alumni to show them how to successfully transition into the professional working world.
