Experience

Susan is a Vice President, Commercial Account Executive, Real Estate Practice Group Leader, and directs our Project Risk Services Department. Susan is responsible for providing the structure and support for the Project Risk Services Team to ensure high-level service and full access to available markets. During her career at Parker, Smith & Feek, she has worked with a diverse clientele, but she has specialized in working with nonprofit and commercial real estate clients for many years. Susan draws upon the services and resources of our firm to design and implement insurance and risk management programs based on risk analysis, exposure reviews, and market selection that meet the objectives of her clients. She has highly developed expertise in addressing complicated, challenging risks.

Susan is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and the Bellevue Downtown Association. In addition, she has taught insurance classes for Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). She is a current board member for Washington Women in Need. Within Parker, Smith & Feek, she is an active member of the Healthcare, Not-For-Profit, and Real Estate Practice Groups. She has been active in internally on several committees, and founded the PS&F Women’s Initiative (now the Women and Allies Group). She is a graduate of the University of Puget Sound.
