The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) includes significant employee benefits-related provisions, including a federal subsidy of COBRA premiums. Bob Radecki is Senior Regulatory & Public Policy Analyst and a Principal at Benefit Comply, LLC, an employee benefits compliance consulting firm headquartered in St. Paul, MN. Bob has over 30 years’ experience helping employers deal with issues such as the ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA and has authored numerous compliance related articles and publications. Prior to his tenure at Benefit Comply Bob served in number of compliance management and consulting roles including founding and serving as President of A.E. Roberts Company, a nationally recognized compliance consulting and training firm. Bob has also been a featured speaker at seminars and webinars nationwide. On a personal note, after spending a weekend with his 8 young grandchildren, Bob actually enjoys spending some relaxing, quiet time studying the latest regulatory guidance!
Nicole Barnhart is Senior Manager of Product Strategy at Premera Blue Cross. Nicole joined Premera in 2006 where she led an analytics consulting team that worked directly with employer clients to recommend solutions and products to drive improved outcomes and savings. In her current role she is responsible for the strategy and design of virtual care products and as well as network based solutions that help direct Premera’s members to high value care, including the Centers of Excellence program and virtual first products.
Danielle is a Clinical Risk Manager within the Healthcare Practice Group, consulting with healthcare clients on professional liability issues and risk management areas affecting operations. Having previously worked in both the patient safety and risk management departments at Virginia Mason Health System, Danielle understands the ever-evolving healthcare environment and negative effects that accidental losses may have on an organization. As a Clinical Risk Manager, her specialty is to assist clients with identifying, reducing, and creating actionable solutions for those areas of risk.
Kristin DuVal is an Account Executive in our Employee Benefits Department, consulting clients on health plan funding options, benefit designs, ACA compliance, and fundamental components of overall benefit offerings. Kristin is passionate about partnering with her clients and prospects to help solve today’s complicated benefit challenges and develop long-term financial strategies. She is extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, and forward-thinking.

Morgan Matz is an Account Executive in our Employee Benefits Department helping clients strategize, build, and execute their employee benefits programs.
