Senior Account Manager, Team Lead

Experience

Jaci is a Senior Account Manager in our Commercial Department and manages all administrative aspects of the insurance program. She is a primary contact for our clients and works directly with them on account marketing plans and ongoing insurance matters throughout the year.

Jaci collaborates with our account teams to develop, analyze, and implement a comprehensive insurance program tailored to meet the client’s individual needs. She prepares our marketing submission used by underwriters to develop the terms, coverages, and insurance program pricing. Her expertise includes strong negotiation skills that result in the required breadth of coverage and competitive pricing. Throughout the policy term, she coordinates the processing of all necessary documents that keep the insurance program current, including endorsements, audits, certificates of insurance, invoices, and premium allocations.

Jaci specializes in mid and large-sized accounts from a range of industries, including commercial construction, fire suppression, and technology. Her areas of expertise include property, casualty, professional liability, and surplus lines placement.

Jaci began her insurance career with Kenneth Murray Insurance in 1989, where she held positions of increasing responsibility, from a personal insurance agent to department manager. In 2004 Jaci joined Alaska USA Insurance Brokers. She was the personal insurance manager, general office manager, and regional manager until 2019 when she tried her hand at managing a branch of Key Bank. In 2020, Jaci returned to the insurance realm and took the position of Senior Account Manager at Parker, Smith & Feek.

Jaci is a member of the Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce and Alaska General Contractors Association and is the Greater Fairbanks Bowling Association 500 Club president. She holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
