With the passing of the Gramm Leach Bliley Financial Service Modernization Act, all financial and insurance institutions are required to have processes in place to protect the confidentiality of your Personal Information. Parker, Smith & Feek is committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service and support. In the course of performing our customary business operations, we will gather certain Personal Information, and share it with insurance underwriters and other organizations as needed to service your account. We take the safeguarding of our customers’ Personal Information very seriously. Your privacy has always been a priority here at Parker, Smith & Feek.
In order to provide you and your employees with insurance services, we may collect and store “Personal Information” about you and your employees that is personally identifiable. The types of Personal Information we collect and share depends on the kind of service(s) our customers receive from us. This information is not available to the public, and is therefore considered private.

Associates of Parker, Smith & Feek will have access to your Personal Information in order to provide service to your accounts. Parker, Smith & Feek will also disclose Personal Information to non-affiliated third parties, including insurance carriers and other service providers, only as necessary and for the purpose of providing you insurance services. In certain circumstances, Parker, Smith & Feek will collect health information (such as medical reports) for the purposes of life and health insurance underwriting and claims management. Parker, Smith & Feek will not disclose personal health information to others without our customer’s consent, and then only for the purpose of providing insurance services, unless otherwise required by law.
Access to Personal Information is available for business purposes. Individuals who have access to Personal Information are obligated to safeguard such information. Parker, Smith & Feek maintains internal employee procedures and non-disclosure agreements, electronic passwords, firewalls, data encryption, and physical security measures in order to ensure the confidentiality of our customers’ Personal Information. Although we use these measures to ensure the confidentiality of our customers’ Personal Information, we cannot guarantee any security and privacy of Personal Information. We shall not be liable for any unlawful acts of others who obtain this information.
