Experience

Mary is an Elite Account Executive in our Commercial Department and a member of the Construction Practice Group. She works with clients in diverse industries, including construction, hospitality, manufacturing, real estate, and technology. As an account executive, she has overall responsibility for our client accounts and leads the effort combining the resources available within our firm to tailor insurance programs to meet and exceed client expectations.

Mary takes a consultative approach with owners and developers to structure insurance programs that respond to their specific exposures and ongoing objectives. She is a strong client advocate and strives to find innovative solutions for complex risks.

Mary provides comprehensive account management. She prepares our marketing submissions and negotiates with underwriters to develop the terms, coverages, and pricing for a competitive insurance program. Throughout the policy term, she is responsible for the administration of all necessary documents for any changes, including endorsements, audits, invoices, and premium allocations. Her expertise includes contract review for insurance purposes, underwriter management during marketing, the issuance and review of certificates of insurance.

Mary began her insurance career in 2016. Prior to joining Parker, Smith & Feek, she was the sales manager for a regional independent agency. As a commercial producer, she specialized in new and growth businesses emerging in construction, hospitality, manufacturing, technology, manufacturing, and not-for-profit organizations. Mary holds the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation.
