Experience

Matt is an account executive in our Commercial Department, working with clients in various industries, such as manufacturing and agriculture. As an account executive, he leads the effort to combine the resources available within our firm to tailor insurance programs to meet the risk management needs of the clients he serves.

Since joining Parker, Smith & Feek, Matt has managed insurance programs for clients primarily in the manufacturing and agricultural marketplaces. Managing these programs has allowed him to guide clients through risk management efforts with a proactive approach to risk control, claims management, negotiations with underwriters, and mitigation of risks in manufacturing and agricultural operations.

Matt joined Parker, Smith & Feek in 2023, coming from Rice Insurance and also having experience in commercial fishing in Alaska. His time in these roles has given him a deep understanding of what businesses face by becoming a valued partner in their business operations.

Matt believes continuing his insurance education is vital to staying ahead of new and emerging risks. He currently has his CLCS designation and is pursuing his ARM and CPCU designations. Community involvement has always been essential to Matt’s life and career. Matt will be involved with the PNAA and Bellevue Chamber of Commerce.
