Experience

Ross is a Commercial Department Account Executive in Parker, Smith & Feek’s Anchorage, Alaska office. He has overall responsibility for his client accounts and ensures that we are committing the proper resources to meet and exceed expectations.

Ross works with clients in a diverse array of industries, including hospitality and tourism, automotive, Alaska Native and regional corporations, Tribal governments, healthcare, and mining. Through a thorough understanding of each client’s unique exposures, he helps them create proactive insurance and risk management programs that provide customized solutions that meet their specific needs.

Soon after earning a bachelor’s degree in economics from San Diego State University in 2006, Ross moved to Alaska. He spent ten years in the tourism industry before deciding to utilize his customer service and communications skills in the insurance industry in 2016. He joined Parker, Smith & Feek in 2020.

Ross holds a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation. When he isn’t working, you will find him on the golf course with friends or exploring Alaska with his wife and son.
