Experience

Sherisa is Chief Operating Officer and a Vice President at Parker, Smith & Feek. She is responsible for Parker, Smith & Feek’s operations, internal quality control, and compliance. She works closely with Parker, Smith & Feek offices to ensure seamless customer service standards throughout the organization.

Prior to joining Parker, Smith & Feek in October 2006, Sherisa was with an international insurance broker. Over her tenure, she grew from a general assistant to a senior client manager. Sherisa has provided insurance brokering services to a large number of clients with complex and diverse operations, including several Alaska native corporations. After moving to Washington in 2014, she assumed the role of Client Experience Manager in the Commercial Department, leading and mentoring teams, while overseeing commercial processes and procedures.

Sherisa is a licensed property and casualty broker and surplus lines broker. She has obtained her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Customer Insurance Service Representative (CISR), and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations. She was born and raised in Alaska. Prior to her insurance career she worked in construction industry office management.
