Pollution Legal Liability

Pollution Legal Liability, or PLL, is an insurance policy that helps cover the environmental risk associated with owning, developing or operating a facility or site. It’s purchased on behalf of owner-borrowers, lenders, or both, to align interests and protect against unforeseen or unknown contamination in a business transaction or development, but does not cover known and identified contaminants. Watch to learn more about this type of coverage from Parker, Smith & Feek Account Executive, Sky Wolfe, in our latest vlog.
